Object. PaperORnot is a web platform that acts as a methodological copilot for clinical research writing. Its use is governed by the Terms of service, the Privacy policy and the Cookies policy. As regards account, billing and platform-usage data, PAPERORNOT, S.L.U. acts as the data controller. As regards patient or research data entered by the user, it acts as a data processor (art. 28 GDPR), under the data processing agreement; see the Privacy policy.

Intellectual property. The software, design, trademarks and content of the platform belong to PAPERORNOT, S.L.U. or are used under licence. The scientific content you create remains yours, as stated in the Terms of service.

Liability. PAPERORNOT, S.L.U. is not liable for the scientific, methodological or ethical decisions the user makes on the basis of the platform's suggestions; the user remains the author and is responsible for verifying any content before submitting or publishing it.

Applicable law. This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts in accordance with the Terms of service.

En cumplimiento del artículo 10 de la Ley 34/2002, de servicios de la sociedad de la información y de comercio electrónico (LSSI-CE), se facilita la siguiente identificación del titular de este sitio web:

Objeto. PaperORnot es una plataforma web que actúa como copiloto metodológico para la escritura de investigación clínica. Su uso se rige por los Términos del servicio, la Política de privacidad y la Política de cookies. Respecto a los datos de la cuenta, la facturación y el uso de la plataforma, PAPERORNOT, S.L.U. actúa como responsable del tratamiento. Respecto a los datos de pacientes o de investigación que introduce el usuario, actúa como encargado del tratamiento (art. 28 RGPD), en los términos del contrato de encargo; ver la Política de privacidad.

Propiedad intelectual. El software, el diseño, las marcas y el contenido de la plataforma pertenecen a PAPERORNOT, S.L.U. o se usan bajo licencia. El contenido científico que creas sigue siendo tuyo, según se indica en los Términos del servicio.

Responsabilidad. PAPERORNOT, S.L.U. no se responsabiliza de las decisiones científicas, metodológicas o éticas que el usuario tome a partir de las sugerencias de la plataforma; el usuario sigue siendo el autor y es responsable de verificar cualquier contenido antes de enviarlo o publicarlo.

Ley aplicable. Este aviso legal se rige por la ley española. Cualquier controversia se resolverá ante los juzgados competentes conforme a los Términos del servicio.
